Music Maker 2014 Premium Playback issue

I have been dabbling with Music Maker for a bit now and it has a ton of great sounding samples and loops, my only problem is after I have added about 3 tracks and some FX when I try listening to what I have made the first few tracks sound ok but then for some reason it starts stuttering and making crackling noises. This seems to happen after the program has been running for a while, or perhaps it was just when I added the FX or something. Has anyone else had this issue?

I would think my PC shouldn't have a problem running the software:

Intel Core i7 2.8Ghz

Windows 7 64-bit

Ram: 12gb

I am just using the on-board soundcard which is RealTek I beleive.

Normirex,

I'm relatively new to MM 2014 Premium myself. However, I did have playback problems early on and discovered that playing with the ASIO driver made a big difference. Have you tried that? If not, hit "p" (lower case) for Properties/select Audio-Midi/ and you should see options for the ASIO driver. That may help.
