Hi Gnarly

no warning messages - I just close a project after saving it and it appears to close normally - then between 2 - 5 seconds later it says Music Maker is re starting and it just opens up again. Sometimes if I hit the cancel button it will close but usually it opens up fully and I have to close again in the main program.

Intermittent fault and not a major problem but it is a concern as its the latest version of MM on a brand new PC. Maybe something to do with Windows 8 but also had issues with the trial version on a Windows 7 laptop too.

Its not really a warnnig message its more like a gentle reminder that if you are really leaving athe program, do you want to save this particulaaar piece presentlly on your screen ?  I to  have MM2014 and windows 8.1 on a quad core i5 Intel MOBO....and so far have not had any problems, but I just do a lot of basic stuff with all the synths and VSTi and Vandal amps.  Have used Magix stuff for 7+ years and learned not to "record" 8 different traacks at different tempos and then do some other manipulations and then hit Playback.....its 1 track at a time for 8 or so bars, play it back...then add a new track for 8 or  bars....play it back  ,after muting first track, then add together and play back...if all is well just keep proceeding that way   I've seen to many questions on this forum  that start with .."I recorded 10 tracks for 48 baars and I get...(select one or more)feedback, distortiion, volumn issues, wierd noises, nothing. What am I dong wrong ?  I just bought this yesterday, can anyabody help me ? "  Try to do a repair and see if that helps....I'll be watching.
