Music Maker 20 Program Freeze and reloads

While working on a music project Music Maker 20 Premium freezes and reloads. When I try to reload project I get a message that only 8 tracks are available and sign in to purchase more. This message comes up even when some projects have 3 to 4 tracks, and already sgned in to Music Maker

My setup is Pavilion Desktop PC with 6th Gen Intel Core 15 / 16 GB Intel Optane Memory

8 GB DDR4 System Memory / 1 TB 7200 RPM Hard Drive / Running Windows 10

Try logging out of the store, close Music Maker, start Music Maker and log back into the store again.

I have removed the emboldening from your second post - this is considered by some as shouting.
