Music Maker 16 Music Genre Styles Missing?

I have the new Music Maker 16, basic edition. The website quotes the following:

"The new sound package features new loops and samples from every musical genre, e.g. rock, pop, dance, hip hop, disco house, techno, chillout, ambient, film music, minimal electro, and many more! Over 1,500 professional sounds provide the ideal basis for your sound experiments."

The program has 5 installed sound pools. Rock, Techno, Chillout, HipHop, and Trance. So, How do I access the pop, dance, disco, ambient, film music, electro ""and many more". I dont think there is anywhere near 1500 sounds on my program. The Music Maker page, (non premium page) has sample audio of these styles, but I can't see how to do them on the program. So, what gives?

That's because MAGIX is continuing their tradition of speaking in half-truths.

The Basic version contains only five of the styles.  The rest are only available with the Premium upgrade or from the Soundpool 16 DVD.

They also exaggrerate the number of samples by including every version of every sample in every key; accessed through the numbered bars (1-7) above the samples list.

Hi,
I am a new user of Magix Music Maker 16 and after reading your question I am thinking you have asked the same question like me. I have a box version not downloaded one. And as you said only 5 Styles are available. After reading about Premium I am still doubtful if I could really get more styles even if I upgrade to premiu. Otherwise I have to buy costly sound pools.

I make music as a hobby and got other softwares and I can say this Music maker 16 is the best so far. Everything is in under control.

But what is the use with lesser Styles in the soft.

Thank you
