When using M-audio keystuudio 49 with magix music maker the program reconizes its connected but no plays Nothing. The keyboard has Slider fuction and Octive when using those features on keyboard it change s the volume in the program

Nope not fixing my Issiues Yes kinda agervated.just for the fact MM2013 was supposed to support Win8 well it does kinda but its missing the main reason why I upgraded .. So moving forward I was interested in getting the http://www.magix.com/de/music-maker/control/ but they dont sell it to americans . So John think its time to move on to other things I have nothing but problems With Music maker the last 2 years ... I own serverl versions and well .... I seen what magix has to offer a few years ago been hooked since but now grrr

I have Music Maker 17 and MX running on Windows 8 with no problems so there is no reason why Music Maker 2013 should not also work properly.
As the M-Audio is recognised then there is something else wrong probably the wrong drivers for the M-Audio are installed, however the Studio 49 is a fairly old keyboard ( released 6 yrs ago) and Windows 8 drivers are not available for it.
It would me more cost effective to upgrade to a modern USB keyboard.
