I have 3 small preview screens in Multicam for only 2 tracks on the timeline. How can I revert to just two preview screens, and how do I place one on top of the other?

That is correect - there are should be 1 previwe window per source track and the output window - with 2 source tracks there are three windows.
The output windows shows the the result when you play back the video.

In fact 3 preview screens are showing up even though there are only 2 source tracks, (IE one is duplicated), along with the output screen.
What I am trying to do is remove the duplicate screen and make the remaining two preview screens bigger.
I would post a pic but am currently exporting a movie...

Could you post a screen shot of your timeline? Zoom out vertically so that we can see the active tracks.
Did you scroll down the tracks to make sure that there wasn't another track activated somewhere way down there?

Which still leaves me with the issue, how can I increase the size of the two preview screens?

Thanks for the screen shots.
At first I thought you may have had a third empty track armed for Multicam editting and this was being duplicated however I cannot reproduce this.
With track 5 empty but set for multicam it turns tourqoise however no third preview window appears.

Multicam 1 shows the screen as it looks when there is no video in the section of track 5 ie only two source videos
Multicam 2 shows the screen when there are three video under the timeline cursor
The behaviour is as expected.
Are you patched up to the latest version - 14.0.0.183 - of MEP 2015
AFAICS you cannot change the size of the preview windows
