I am trying to use some MPEG 4, using the support, in my MEP 2013 Plus
To activate the additional MPEG4 codec (MainConcept ), follow the instructions below:
Start your application.
Click on "Help" > "Install additional content" menu.
Select "MPEG-4 Codec (MainConcept)" from the list.
After downloading the codec, restart the program.
But iam unable to see "Install additional content" in my help menu. Any help please.

Do you mean is that you cannot load a MP4 file into MEP 2013 Plus?
If this is correct then the Main Concept encoder is not necessary for importing MP4 video.
The most likely cause is that the MP4 file format is a container file format and can contain many different types of encoded video and audio and you do not have the correct decoder toload the file.
The most common issue is that the video is encoded in QuickTime format in which case you need QuickTime installing - not recommended see here, or the QuickTime alternative.
Download and install MediaInfo and analyse one of the clips causing the issue and post the result in a reply - see this tutorial on how to setup MediaInfo and analyse a clip with it. This will tell us exactly what you are dealing with.
If not then we need more information about the issue you are having and the MediaInfo analysis.
