MP3 Maker Deluxe 19 Can't open Music Editor

Hello.No error no nothing just can't open it.I tried to open it from MusicEditor folder but nothing happens it just wont start..Thank you for your help :)

@Marko-Todorovic Does it help to change the compatibility mode to Windows 7? You can right click on the program icon of MP3 Maker Deluxe and and select properties. Here you can change to compatibility mode.
