MP3 error / Support

Acid 11 suddenly stopped supporting MP3? WTF? Now I am stuck in a loop trying to contact a human about this issue. The help centre is not helpful at all and my endless search for a contact has come to this. HELP!!! I NEED TO FINISH MY WORK!!! I do not recommend Acid Pro 11 to ANYONE!!!

@Sheryl-Parrish Hold CTRL+SHIFT and double click on the ACID program icon to start ACID. A small window should appear asking you to reset the program settings and to delete the cache. Tick the checkbox and click on "Yes". Then try again to load a MP3 file.
