After several reinstalls following the specified instructions for removal I am still unable to even get MP3 Deluxe 19 to open. It starts with a white background the switches to black with a little note in the lower left of the opening screen image that says "Load audio effects". I've let this run several times and it never changes. Further, nothing I do will stop the program. I can't even end task it in the task manager. The task manager shows 'not responding' and when I try to end task it says 'suspended.

Please help!

I'm running Windows 10 and installed using the most recent download file title mp3deluxe19_dlm.exe. Under Apps & features it specifies 19.0.1.47.
