@Gabriel-Schoeman This depends on your operating system. The program might not be compatible with newer versions of Windows 10 or 11.

It may help if you right click on the program icon, then properties, then set the Windows compatibility mode to Windows 7 or 8.

Hi

. . . . . The program might not be compatible with newer versions of Windows 10 or 11 . . . .

Given Windows 10 is supported for running MP3 Deluxe 19 the cause of the issue is likely to be a different issue and may depend on what occurs after acknowledging the error message.

. . . . I’ve received runtime error     - files(x86)\MAGIX\MP3 deluxe19\Cdprinter\cdprinter.exe  . . .

  1. Which Windows version is the computer running?

  2. Does the MP3 Deluxe run correctly, and the error only occurs when you want to use the Print Studio feature?

  3. What happens after you acknowledge the message?

  4. If you get further error message(s) what do they say?

  5. Does cdprinter.exe exist in the directory where MP3 Deluxe is looking for it?
