Hi,

Can you play the file with Windows Media Player or QuickTime or any other player you may have?  Try just double clicking on the file and see what happens, then let us know.  If you can't play the file at all, it is very likely a codec problem.

Hi, Yes all the vid clips play fine on WMP12

It would appear the my version of MEP 15 is not compatible with windows 7. So i just bought a later one. Thanks anyway for your comment.

After contacting The Techs at MEP, it seems that the version I have is not compatible whith Win 7. So, ive just bought a later version. Thanks anyway for your help
