Hi

. . . . The online instructions tell you to login, then go to "My Products". . . .

The login is on the main Magix website at magix.com .

Click the My Account icon top right of the home page

I don't need to know how to login. I need to find the "My Products". After the login it is not there. I merely get a choice of Magix Service Center and Logout. Going to the service center gives me things to do, but none of them list my registered products.

I'm back to my initial request -- how does this actually work?

@Jerome-Mrozak

It really is not that difficult!

Go to this page where you will see this:

(I have obscured my personal details) but you should enter yours and then press "Proceed". You will then see this page:

There is "My products". Does this help?

The only reason I know of as to why you do not see My Products is because

  1. you have not registered any.

  2. they are registered under a different email address.

I can't seem to paste a picture, like you can. But this is the content of the My Account page:

  • User Data
  • Info Service
  • Product Registration
  • Create Activation Code
  • My Contracts
  • Log Out

It is likely that the email on *this* My Account isn't the same as the email originally used when installing the Magix product on the other account. Under that rule of engagement, I won't be able to move my product over. Alas.

Do you mean you cannot remember the email address used to register the software or was the software originally registered by someone else?

If the original registration was by you, using another email address, then email Magix at infoservice@magix.net quoting the serial number and ask them to change it to your new email address.

If the program was registered by someone else - they would need to notify Magix that you now have the program.

That's helpful, as I wasn't aware of any email for Magix. I'm working on that now.
