Please do not post in capital letters - this is considered as shouting on forums.
The answer to your question depends on which version of MEP MX you have - if it is the download version then you have not downloaded and installed all the extras. There is a Download extras button bottom left of the Welcome screen or the option is available when you cick Help on the menu bar.
