I need a support email address so I can find the email address I used to register a Movie Studio Platinium.
I have unregistered from an old computer but cannot activate software on my new PC.

If you are using Movie Studio 17 or earlier then you are in the wrong forum
Vegas products, with the exception of Magix Movie Studio 18 and later versions, have their own forum see the Important Posts here.
I would suggest you post your question there.
However
If you are using Movie Studio 18 or later, what version number is it as found under Help,About?
If the error message(s) you are getting when trying to register/activate the software are:
Error code -14,
Generally means that you're putting a valid MAGIX serial number into the wrong MAGIX product or version/edition
Error code -24
Means the serial number has already been registered to another email address, are you entering the email address and password the program was originally.
Also check that you Antivirus program/Firewall is not blocking the program from accessing the Internet - r blocking the program from actually completing the activation - you may want to try de-activating your antivirus for the registration/activation.
