With a Magix Movie Studio 2023 Suite subscription, do I get an upgrade to the latest 2024 version per the subscription service?

If your one year subscription expired I don't think so.

If I was paying a monthly subscription I would expect my product to be the newest up to date version, but terms & conditions of an agreement can be tricky, If someone official say no you've got to stick with 2023 until whatever agreement you have runs out then I'd try arguing that.

No such thing. I suspect you're talking about the one-year update service. That was stopped a couple of versions ago.

Mark, try Help>Update online (although my 2024 didn't return anything when I did it; previous versions at least came back with a message "your product is up to date").
