I have been using my Movie Studio 17 Platinum upgrade for several months now, and lately have been noticing problems with the videos after they have been rendered. I have updated my graphics card software/firmware and whatever needed to be updated in the intel downloads, but I still keep having the same issues. For example, I have 25 still images (.jpg) then drag and drop them into the timeline. They normally come out in 5 second frames each. I put together the entire video with the background music, intro and outro clips then play it in the preview menu. It works perfectly. However, once the video is rendered (.mp4) and saved on my computer, I'll double click on that file and watch it. The issue(s) is/are that it might show pictures 1 and 2, and even maybe 3 just fine, but when it goes to picture 4 it immediately jumps back to picture 3, then goes to picture 5, but again immediately jumps back to picture 3. It does this throughout the entire rendered video. I have tried leaving gaps between the frames, but have unsightly blank areas in the videos. I've butted the frames up against each other but that just makes it worse. When it jumps back to a previous picture then tries to go forward, the next picture looks like it is water damaged as two pictures are trying to show at the same time. I seem to be having this problem especially if I use ANY transitions in the timeline, whether it be at the beginning, middle or end of the picture images. If you need to see an example I could upload a test video to my YouTube channel then send you the link. I would appreciate and suggestions on how to fix this issue.
