In MS17 Platinum, I can not get Video FX's to work. I have a small test clip in the events area. I drag the 100% Black and White effect onto the event line. It flashes then disappears. If I click on the grey "f" symbol and the adjustment box appears. But when I try to use the blending slider nothing happens. Same with other FX's I try. I probably have changed something as it did work once when I first installed MS17.
