Canno't open the MAGIX Movie Edit Pro MX Premium,

It crashes every time, I get the messeg "mep has stopped working..."

(don't know if it is connected somwhow, but it happens while the color of thw windows changes to "win 7 basic)

I removed the program and cleaned all of the folders, reinstalled it and it's still the same.

Please help me
