Movie edit pro 15 - can't find option to rotate video 90 degrees

Taken mobile phone footage (on 3GP, now converted to MPEG4) but need to flip 90 degrees.

Not sure about MEP15, but MEP14 had the rotation stuff available on the realtime visual FX window [Shift+Y] key shortcut.

In the latest versions you would select your clip on the timeline and go to 'Effects' tab >> 'Movement effects' >> 'Rotation/mirror'.

IN MEP15 it is under Effects tab, Movement Effects, Rotation/Mirror.

Select the clip first otherwise the controls will not be active.
