The problem is, when I type my license code in the new instalation the respons is - the key is already used for activation. ( Is it possible to deactivate the first installation and then activate on the other computer ?

This will not work - IIRC the computer ID key generated prior to activation on line is different to that for the original computer on which the product was initially registered - re-installing on the same computer produces the same computer ID code - assuming no significant changes in the hardware.

In this case contact Sale at Magix explain what you want to do and ask them to reset the activation for the version you want to move to another computer.
