Mov h.264 won't export

Hello,

I am running MEP 2014 Plus and the Quicktime codecs are up-to-date (just checked it just in case). When I try to export the edited video as mov with the h.264 codec, only one frame seems to get exported (I have selected the whole range to be exported). However, if I select mov format and the mp4 coded, everything works as it should and the file gets exported correctly.

The client asks me to save it with the H.264 format, that is why I need this to work. My colleague, with his own version of MEP 2014 Plus on his own computer, has the same problem. I also made the online update from the programme's help section.

Do you have any ideas how to solve this?

My machine is an i7 with 16 Gb RAM and running Windows 10 (but the same problem happened to me before with Windows 8.1).

Thank you in advance!

Diego

Hi

I can reproduce this - looks like a bug.  Please report it to support at magix.com

MP4 codec export in Quicktime file uses the H.263 codec - can your client handle H.263 or is H.264 an absolute must ?

MEP 2015 also has the same issue.
