Hi,

First off assuming that you purchased MMM2014 on-line, did you download everything from Help, Upgrade Program/Upgrade Functions, Download free synthesizer and sound packages? Did you download and install any soundpools that came along with your purchase? Did you register everything?

Then, in MMM, click on the CATOOH button at the top right of the lower window and it will take you to the CATOOH site. Log in or create an account. When I click on this, it actually takes me to my account in CATOOH and I am logged in. Go to Collections. Try to buy something. You may have more success than with the Magix site.

Did you buy MMM2014 on-line or in a store?

Let us know if it works or not in Australia.

thanks for the help :) CATOOH works :)

With MMM2014 premium, it sais over 6000 sounds.

Not 100% sure i downloaded absolutly everything  but i paid about $150 and from what i have checked so far, there's about 2500 sounds in the sound pack ,,,, # 20 I belive .

not sure if thats it or if the MMSudio counts as sounds and or the other addons like instruments and keyboard count?

sorry for being a newbie but it seems realy limited for making tunes with what i have unless.. i make them myself.  looking for more loops.

And i thought for a premium package i would have had more sound pool loops.

PS: using the program,, I downloaded the extra sound pools and ther's nothing new showing up still only 2500 sound loops or so. I think i only have soundpools collection #20

I believe that when I purchased my MM 2014 Premium there was a button on the menu at the bottom of the window that said something like "Get 1000 Free Sounds."  This was the freebie Magix was offering at the time I purchased.  See the image for where I think that link was located.  Do you see that?  If so, it should take you right to the free download site...

Hi Don,

Further to Dave's post, when you start up MMM there is also a button to download everything. See below.

The 6000 sounds probably includes everything. I'm still presuming that you bought on-line. You should check the advert that says what you were supposed to get with what you got, along with the email to download everything. Review it carefully. Sometimes there is even more than you thought.

You indicated that you got Music Studio along with MMM. Note that they share the soundpools. Make sure that you also download everything for Music Studio. Look below Help for the downloads or on the startup screen, similar to the above screen shot from MMM, where it says Free add-on package.

Keeping track of what you got, where you put it, and if it is available can quickly get messy. Normally, I think that the Soundpools that are installed automatically go into:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools

MMM will search there for any soundpools and add them, normally.

If you purchase any further soundpools, make sure that you put them in a folder under the above folder, so that they get added automatically to MMM. You can check the above folder to see how many files you have.

The next thing is to keep track of what you have so that you don't go and purchase it again. To help, look at your account with CATOOH and you will see everything that you have purchased. It is also a good idea to keep track of where, when and how you obtained more soundpools, instruments, plugins, etc. Magix comes out with discounted offers at various times to registered users and you can take advantage of these.

There is a tutorial by Nihon94 that gives a quick reference to soundpools 9-20. Take a look.

Go to the Magix Magazine at:

http://magazine.magix.com/en/

and sign up for their newsletter, if you haven't already done so, and you will get a coupon for 15$ off and be notified of any discounts. The advert is to the mid-right of the website screen.

Out of curiosity, did you also receive Magix Photo Manager with MMM2014 Premium? The manual says that you should have. It is not obvious, but MPM creates a database of images, videos and audios on your computer and external HD's if so directed. This can then be used in MMM under File Browser, Database to find and use audio files on your computer.

Ive checked all the emails i got with the online purchase of MMM, and I have downloaded everything they gave me.

Searched everything in my C drive and everything seems to be in place :)
