Modern Equalizer VST

Just purchased Sound Forge Audio Studio 16. Really liking the Modern EQ. When using as a VST plugin it asks to purchase a full version. When i attempt to purchase the full version it redirects to the wrong website. How much Canadian is the FULL Modern EQ and where can I buy it. ModernEQ only works in SForge 16 currently, would like to use it as a VST in Ableton. Thanks
