@Thomas-Mills

Welcome to the Magix forums.

Have you registered your version of MM and does your log-in details (your email address) show in the upper right corner of the MM screen? I believe both these have to be "in place" before purchases can be made.

Can you confirm you are actually running version 27.x.x.xx? What is the exact version number you have? Any reason why you have not updated to the 2020 version, currently 28.0.2.47?

I thought the problem had disappeared when I found I could order direct from the app but it told me my password wasn't acceptable,so I reset my password and it accepted my order.The purchases are shown in my products and I have received acknowledgements for my orders but I cannot find the sound pools.Can you help me find them? Whilst this has been going on the programme crashed whilst playing a project . It did not exhibit the normal box asking me to close the programme or notify Magix, it just closed. Today I have no sound and magix is preventing me from playing any other music on my pc..Are the problems related and can you help to resolve them please? tom-m 5149

Thank you for restoring my audio. I still have the problem that I can not locate my purchased sound pools. I would like to purchase more but I am reluctant because I may not be able to locate them either. I have received the order acknowledgement by email. Can you help please. tom-m 5149

@Thomas-Mills

Hi

Assuming you have downloaded and installed them yet, the purchased soundpools will be either in the Download tab next to the Store tab or in the Store tab with icons indicating they can be downloaded.

If you have downloaded and installed them they should show up immediately in the Soundpool tab.

Try re-scanning the Soundpools - Program settings, General options tab, Rescan Soundpools.
