I'm having issues recording with my microphone. I have made sure that during recording that the loop playback on/off button has been turned off. 50% of the time when I record my recordings they repeat back again about 2 bars or so down the line. please help
What system are you running - 64 bit or 32 bit?
What is the sample rate for your mic, what mode is it recording in, what is the audio/video output driver being used?

I presume that you have the latest patch. Check to see. I am using Live which is the same build as 2016 Premium and have patched to 22.0.3.63. Users have been complaining of many problems with this patch. I find that the instruments load very slowly, about 3 times as long as in 2015. Recording audio - I have to do Esc to stop recording as the stop button becomes disabled when recording audio; it works ok when recording midi. I checked Normalize after recording in the recording Advanced settings - doesn't work; I have to Normalize manually. The waveform is extremely small but the meter shows normal volume.
I had one session where the playback looping turned itself on when I pressed on Rec for audio, but I can't repeat it. It may be intermittent.
