MM 2021

I have had nothing but problems with this version since I purchased it.

First, I cannot get the all of the soundpools that I have purchased ( I get a mesage that says Magix vita file not found for about a quarter of the soundpools)

Now, I can't open any of my projects ( I get a message that says - You are using the free editon and it only offers 8 tracks for use in projects) I have never downloaded a free version so I don't know what this is about.

I have been using MMM for years and have had no problem with the previous 5 editions that I have purchased.

The 2021 edition has been nothing but a problem

Is there someone that I can speak to?

@clambert54 I think some Soundpools have MIDI loops that need a Vita instrument to play correctly. To solve the problem with the free version go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the old cache. Your version should be the correct one after doing this.

Hi,

Just to ease your mind, (or not) MM2021 is free - everyone gets the same version. Paying for Plus or Premium gets you Features (including some plugins), Presets, Soundpool credits, Instrument credits that you apply to the program MM2021 which, again, is free.

If the program says that you have the free version, it's because you haven't, or you're not, logged in. Log in. Sometimes it takes 20 or 30 seconds to catch up.
