Is there any way I can contact someone, this is highly frustrating. In all my years of using software i have never had so many problems. I have upgrades and old versions of the software and all the codes i used are not working. I even used the code on my account. They did not send me a MM code.

If you buy the edition in the in-app-store I believe it will automatically unlock itself? Does it show in the welcome screen which versions you have in your account?
