Missing program

My program( Magix Sound Forge Audio Studio 12) missing after hard disc was changed. My mail address is changed after first registeration. therefore i can´t sign in my old mail. I have receipt (Thomann) and they said that i must sign in Magix site and downloading program again.But my account not working because mail address is diffrent than after first installation.

@Arto-Kasanen Your old e-mail address will work fine. You can change the address in the account settings.

If you don't remember the address or password you need to ask customer service at infoservice@magix.net for help.

Once you login with old email you can update your details under "User Data" with new email.
