In the House - House by the Sea soundpool over half of the Brass loops are missing.
I've Rescanned Soundpools...
I've done the Clean up Store... process.
I've uninstalled the Soundpool and re-downloaded it, all to no avail.
Any ideas how to retrieve the missing loops?

How many loops do you have in the Brass section - there should be 17 as shown in the image below.
If some are missing close Music Maker (MMM) and locate the House House by the Sea sound pool - it should be in
C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools\Shop
Check how many files there are in the Brass folder - there should be 45.
If not then move the entire folder to another location where MMM does not scan for Soundpools eg put in your Documents folder, then start MMM again.
The Soundpool should appear in the Download tab as available to download and install.

I have 45 files in C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools\Shop\House - House by the Sea\Brass
But when in MMM most of them are missing.
Even in the ones that show as downloaded there are missing files which would provide the different keys for each loop.
When I attempt to use a missing loop I see the message saying the file can't be found in : C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools\Shop
Thing is, for whatever reason, my files are installed under :
C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools\Shop
All my other Soundpools are intact. 🤷♂️

I would suggest you raise a Support ticket re the missing loops - see this support article on how to navigate the support system
My apologies, there are indeed some missing loops for certain keys.
