This item is not registered since I have never received the email with the link to download the software or the serial number in order to get the software so as to register it. There are two earl;ier versions of the software which I did get and registered listed under my products but not the 2022 version which I just purchased ion Dec. 25, 2021.

As for email addresses, Magix must have the correct email address for me since they sent me an email with my order number right after I ordered and I received it. All my email correspondence with Magix gets a confirmation email response and even ticket numbers but no action in terms of sending me a link to download the software and a serial number to activate it.

The email confirming your order should contain the serial number for PC check & Tuning 2022 and a download link.

They did not and that is the problem. I am afraid your reply is not very helpful. I was hoping for a US phone number for Magix that I could call and talk to someone in person since my email exchange with them is getting nowhere. In the last email from them they sent me a link to the German version of the manual and not to the download for the program as well as an invalid serial number.

There is no support telephone number for the US or anywhere else in the world, sorry.

You wrote that they sent me an email with my order number right after I ordered ...  That same email is the one that should contain the serial number and download link; I wonder if you are expecting a second one? Have you checked carefully everything in that email? Sometimes I think download links and/or serial numbers can be perhaps "less than obvious".

To which email address have you been sending your request for help? You should be using infoservice@magix.net, which is the main Customer Service contact.

There was no code just "Invalid Serial#". The example serial number wanted shows that it starts with a "P2": the serial number they gave me was Removed by Moderator I have no idea what that is a serial # for or code to: but it does not work to let me in to the download center's link to the PC Check and Tuning 2022 software download. Moreover the link to that software does not take me to the software download but to a PDF of the German version of the Handbook for the software. Hence, I cannot even register the software to get an activation code, much less download the software.

The fact that a P2- serial number is being requested suggests that you are trying to activate an old version of the product.

The code I removed began with neither P2 nor P3, but rather with three letters. I wonder, therefore, whether it is actually a Redemption Code?

I would agree with Jeffs remark regarding the code possibly being a redemption code - if this is the case there should be instructions in the email regarding how to redeem the code.

There were no instructions in the email. The email explicitly stated it was the serial # for PC Check and Tuninhg 2022.

Now Magix is asking me to send them a screen shot of the page where I entered the serial number. What do they need that for? Why don't they just acknowledge that they sent me the wrong serial number and link and just send me the correct ones?

By the way the serial number they sent me that started with the three letters was the same as the one in they sent in the email. Moreover it worked when one used the link but not if one tries to access the download center on the Magix web site to download the software. Using the serial number sent there comes up invalid as requires a P2 serial number.

I guess the problem is now solved and the case should be closed.

I should note that I still have note received an invoice for my purchase from Magix; and despite registering the program when I finally got to download and activate it, the registration does not show in MY Products along with my other Magix software.
