This is a user forum, not Magix support. No one here would know what you have purchased...anywhere.
For your purchases from Magix, look in you account under Magix.com.
Is there a phone number to call Magix?
No. There is a button at the top of the forum - SUPPORT. You may want to look under there and raise a ticket with Magix, however, they will probably tell you to look in your account.
