midi loops causing freeze up

New to MMM16.
When I click on MIDI loop in soundpool to put it in the arranger sometimes
the programme freezes. My only way out is reboot.
Also, when I double click the MIDI loop in the arranger to bring in the Editor I can get terrific Feedback. This will also sometimes happen in the Editor
when I click play or play solo.
I am concerned about using these samples now.
Anybody with similar problems out there.?

Hi,

I had MMM 16 and from that I upgraded to MMM 16 Premium this kind of problem also happens in MMM 16 Premium.

First of all you should check your computer hard drive how much is empty?
then check if your computer meet the
System requirements (copied from MMM 16 pdf)

Computer:
Intel® Pentium® or AMD® Athlon® 700 MHz or higher, 256 MB RAM
(512 MB recommended)
Min. free hard disk space: 900 MB
SVGA graphics card with min. 4 MB RAM, min. resolution 1024 x
768 at 16-bit high-color
16-bit sound card
DVD-ROM drive
Microsoft®-compatible mouse (mouse wheel recommended)
Operating system: Microsoft® Windows® 2000 | XP | Vista™

Please also try not to use messenger/mail or other application when you use MMM 16, though saying this is strange but I always care about it.
