Midi editor tool stuck on zoom magnifier glass tool

Magix Music maker used to have a post about the zoom tool getting stuck and how to fix it, but Now I can't find the information anywhere! the midi editing tool is stuck on the zoom and i can't figure out what to do to fix it.

This has happened to me in the past, and I was able to fix it when I came across the post that explained how to do it. I guess I should have written it down in case I needed to use the solution again. Does anyone else know how to fix the midi editing tool stuck in magnifying glass mode?

@ACGuernica It usually helps to restart the computer. Do not shut it down and turn it back on but restart it. Restarting resets programs and drivers, shutting down doesn't do this.
