Hello. I cannot use my midi controller ALESIS V91 Keyboard to control the Magix program. My PC keyboard can but not my controller. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? It use to. But when I upgraded my hard drive  ( a solid sate hard drive ), & re-installed Magix, nothing is happening. I did all the project settings to no avail. Any suggestions will be apreiciated. Thank you.

Music Maker hasn't been optimized for working with controllers. You should have a quick glance at Samplitude music studio, ACID music studio, Samplitude Pro and ACID Pro where you can use them.

Hi

. . . . when I upgraded my hard drive . . . . It use to until I updated my hard drive . . .

Did this include a new installation of Windows and which version?

If this was a new installation of Windows then the first thing you should check is that the installed drivers for the Alesis are the 32 bit version, if you allowed Windows to install its drivers then they are likely to be 64 bit version - if a disc came with the Alsesis they should be on it.
