metronome lag when recording audio

Music Maker 2016 When I start recording the metronome lags. The recording is fine, but I can't use the metronome.I am using my laptop on board mic (its great) with asio4all driver to record my vocals for demo templates.

Windows7

4gb ram

Are you using the audio or midi metronome? Or will both result the same?

I only use for audio, I do not use midi at all. . And I only have the problem with MMM 2016. I also have MMM 2014 which works fine (most of the time).

Do you use exact same driver settings for MMM 2014 and 2016?
