Welcome to the Magix forums.

First, can you please confirm exactly which version and variant of which Magix product you are using? You've chosen Movie Edit Pro as your product; I'm running the latest version of MEP Premium (19.0.2.58) and the "Intro" video plays without problem.

It would also be helpful to we fellow-users if you would read this pinned post and give us full details about your computer etc.

In which case, why are you posting to the video section of the forum, rather than the audio?? I will move this post.

Hopefully, someone who still has this rather old version of Music Maker will be able to offer you some ideas.
