can the loops be merged into one to get rid of these noises? Is there a way to reduce these sounds?

To get rid of noises you should use Music Maker editor (refer screen shot). It depends which version of Music Maker you are using otherwise editor may not be available. If that is the case you can use Freeware for editing purpose such as Audacity http://www.audacityteam.org/

To merge, first put the audio objects on track then select all objects go to File and Export in the format you desire. The exported audio will be one file. In case if there are more tracks please mute rest which are not needed before exporting.

NOTE: To get rid of noise when you cut objects please use Zoom in it will enlarge the objects and you can easily cut unnecessary part.
