Hi,

Here is how to do it.  Once you have extracted the wave form put you cursor over the audio track and right click, then click on the top.

Hi

To get rid of the blank space at the end of the project set the range marker as shown in the image below then select Edit, Edit Range, Delete

mp4 is another video file format, it will make no difference that yours are mts files.

From your question title I presume you mean MEP 2013?

Did you actually ungroup the audio or just set the video/audio to display on seperate tracks.

Does right clicking the video track open a pop-up menu?

There is an update to 12.0.1.4 avaiable which fixes many problems.

Hi

This may seem a little odd - does the right click work OK in other programs eg Windows Explorer?

I can think of no reason why the right click does not work in MEP, except that the mouse is faulty or the windows settings for the mouse are incorrect.

Hi

Re-installing without running the Magix cleaner tool does not always work in correcting problems.

Try using Windows Explorer to search your c: drive for videodeluxe.ini - you will have to search hidden and system folders as well - you should find several of them, one of them will be a larger file size possibly in the range 12 - 20kb whichever is the largest, delete or rename it then start MEP.
