Without more information it is difficult to tell what is happening. 

Not all web browsers are the same!

This is probably a Chrome plug in issue, security setting or incompatability issue - so that is where I would start looking - you may need to do some research, try Googles technical support for Chrome.

Have you tried the same video using Firefox?

Hi, thanks for the answer... don't have Firefox yeah I know not all browsers are the same I like Chrome better than IE and don'r want to install a ton of browsers.

 

Thanks anyway, may try it again or download some other player.
