My daughter is working on a school project with MEP MX.  She downloaded Java to import some stock footage.  MEP MX crashed.  Said project was backed up.  MEP shut down and restarted.  Audio is audible, but video is not visible.  Any advice?

Hi

Try resetting MEP MX - File, Settings, Reset settings to default.

With MEP closed, use Windows Explorer with Hide known file extensions  turned off and Show hidden files turned on -  locate and delete any files in the project folder with the extenions .H0 and/or .HDP and the mxfilerelatedcache.mxc2 file.

Start MEP and load the project.

John
