MEP 2016 Plus - 'Free' Cropping?

Hi Gang - Haven't been here for a while. Happy Holidays!

Using Windows 10 - Need refresher on cropping. I'm familiar with the Preview Window, but is there a way to Free-Style Crop with a cropping tool?

Happy New Year to you too, Mike. Size/Position is not what you want to crop. Use the Section effect/tool.

Set it to "Free Proportions" and untick "Full Screen".

Drag out the crop box to what you want, then go to Size/Position and resize/move it around to where you want it.

Note: cannot change a section shape; it will apply to the whole clip.
