MEP 2015 Premium Red Giant to MEP 2016 Premium

Red Giant has 3 plugins with MEP2015P and it's 64bit. I also have MEP2016P and the Red Giant plugins are available in it and I did nothing to import them.

Can anyone tell me in what particular folder (if any) is where the RG effects are stored within MEP2015-2016?

I know there is a RG folder on C:\Program Files which contain the plugins. How are they accessed by MEP?

Thanks in advance!

Hi

AFAICS - MEP knows where they are through the Windows registry.

Not knowing your level of computer knowledge - I would advise you that unless you are very familiar the registry and how it works then do not go into the registry - it is too easy to completely wreck your computer.

The actual effects are stored in the Red Giant folder you have found and are Magix specific.

Thanks for the reply. I know my way around the registry along with being computer literate.

I was just curious as to if the plugins are located in a specific MEP folder.

Again, thanks for the reply.
