MEP 2013 Slow Motion ?

I am currently using MEP 2013 and wonder if anyone can tell me if i am able to edit some footage into slow motion ?.

In the Effects tab, under Video effects, select Speed. I've used it numerous times with an older version. It's pretty good! Have fun.
