MEP 2013 not on list for Tech Support?

I just tried to raise a Technical Support Request about MEP 2013 from the usual page, but it wasn't on the drop-down list of products.

I tried choosing MX but got a message implying that I was outside the 365 day limi for free support. Has it really been a year since MX was released?

It sure has been MX english version was released Sept 2011.  Time flies when you are editing

Anyway, a logout and re-login sorted it.
