Menu Options Black Bkgrd. (can't read), Can't get toolbar to show up

The customer service is terrible for this product, but I didn't have to worry about this with my past SoundForge software. I just uploaded new SoundForge and menu is in black (can't read any text). I can't get the toolbar to show up below the mp3 to cut/paste on time marks.

You can change the color scheme to medium, or light as I recall. In the View menu or "Options> Preferences> Dispaly". Sorry, I am not currently on a PC, so I can not say exactly,
