Making Pal DVDS

I understand that If I make DVDs for Scotland TV, it is to be PAL. Does this also go for PC's and Laptops in Scotland as well?

Hi Pat

For anything, DVD, MP4 or MPG to be played in PAL land it is best to use the PAL options.

Video files on computers do not care which standard is used they will play either, however if the video files are likely to be streamed to a TV use PAL.
