MAGIX Xara 3D Maker 7

I purchased MAGIX Xara 3D Maker 7.

I clicked on the download link at the page https://www.magix.com/us/photo-graphic/xara-3d-maker/

What I downloaded turned out to be MAGIX Video Easy 2021.

I think there is a problem with that link because I don't want Video Easy. I have Movie Studio 2023.

Then I tried to download the free trial and this showed up:

After selecting the language the download button was still greyed out.

I followed the link you posted and arrived at this page:

Click on "Free Trial" and then "Download". Once downloading is completed, install the trial version and then activate/register it with the serial key which is in the email you would have received as confirmation of your purchase.

Finally worked. Now I just need my serial numbers. I already paid for this program and got another.

As I wrote before, the serial key should have been in the confirmation of purchase email. Did you not receive this?

Does this mean you have actually bought the program twice?

If either of the above is true (you did not receive the confirmation email and/or you actually paid twice) you need to email infoservice@magix.net and explain what has happened, give as much detail as you can about the purchase(s) and request that either, the confirmation email is resent or, you are issued with a refund for the extra copy or, both!

I already had the Xara 3D 7 program and I even have the serial #, but after re-installing it I couldn't find any means to enter the S# to reactivate it. What gives??
