MAGIX, Windows 10 and Vita

This is not a question but a statement!

I am fully convinced after spending 5 days 161/2+ hours trying to find a solution to this problem that both Windows 10 and MAGIX customer service, SUCKS! The program is useless as well as 5 years of music that I have composed! I just dont get the concept of paying money for a program that gets broken with every update!

I dont know what else to do....BUY a whole new computer...trash 5 years of music and Start from the begining!??

Yep, it sucks to be me right now!

Hi,

I can't sympathize with you because I did the smart thing and avoided upgrading to Windows 10, and I'll wait until I see that the dust has settled, which may be in a few years when I buy a new computer.

I presume that you had MusicMaker installed and then upgraded to Windows 10. See this tutorial, actually the first one under the Tutorials tab and mentioned in many replies. Try following the steps and let us know if your problems are solved.

Yep, I had MMM 2015 and everything worked like a charm. A deadly mistake of upgrading to Windows 10. But I had actually recieved an email from Magix stating that they were up to speed for Windows 10

I just re paid for another activation for the String Ensemble #17, but that didnt work until I resent the order number and got a new activation code. I have my string Ensemble now but everything else is still missing. and now the Acoustic Piano is gone.

That PDF I got from you on another post....I tried it but it did not work....I think somewhere in the Registry, It's bringing up old info.
