I own Magix Music Maker Premium and apparently Sound Forge as well, I have the serial numbers, but when I download the installers, Magix is about 5mb, Sound Forge is about 4mb, and when I run them, it starts, then it disappears and never installs.
Anyone else having this problem? Could it be Windows 11? Let me know. I want to use the software, but can't even install it.
@TheRealKaYnE Are you already using Windows 11? It could be that the download manager is not compatible with it. Have you tried compatibility mode? You can also ask customer support at infoserivce@magix.net for a direct download link.
@SP. I am already using Windows 11, and I tried compatibility mode, but it didn't work. Magix and Installation Manager were visible in Task Manager temporarily but no window ever appeared, then the tasks disappeared as well.
